What does my warranty cover?
A SyncEV BG guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of your chargepoint if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the 3-year guarantee period. By law, this warranty must be registered from June 2022 to ensure compliance with UK Government regulations regarding EV Smart Chargers.
*If installed by a non-recommended installer we offer a 1-year parts only warranty unless the product is registered on our website for an extended 3 year parts only warranty. The product must be registered within 48hrs of installation to qualify.
